"...So very tired of the same old thing" [Dec. 9th, 2004|09:52 pm]
[mood |thirstyWhoa...]
[music |The Killers - Jenny was a friend of mine]

Damn it's been a long time since I even thought about this thing. Dang.

Well...It's been rainin alot down here lately. Kinda weird but I guess it's not horrible.
Mom's all worried though, She's all. "My stars that creek's gonna flood."
There may be some creative license taken there.

Nothing's really been going lately so this post is kinda just to get back into this. Today there was nothing really to do and everyone's obsessing over midterms which are coming up. That's kinda crazy, it's not a horribly big deal, however because of this no one was really around. So I went to see Terry. He was sick...but not plague sick so I just brought him some soup and we talked a bit. I left the room for a minute and when I came back he was sleepin'. It was cute.

Man I can't beleive how fast everything's goin. Soon Christmas and all that jazz will pass us by and some people are gonna leave up their lights (that kills me by the way). Then New Years...and before I know it the end of the year will be here. Kinda strange.

High School Hellcats [Jul. 10th, 2004|02:20 am]
[mood |coldcold]
[music |Survivors - Eye of the Tiger]

Ah today was odd....It Rained.. :O!

So naturally we (Terry, Riley, Amanda..etc) decided to take a walk around the town...out of the town...etc. It's times like this we need a car...To much walking is going on. We bought a bunch of edibles and ate at Riley's house afterward. Yes we were wet...some of us were cold...but no one really cared in the end...So...we went back out. Yes we frolicked through the many many things you can do in Dorchester County..oh and there are so many...let me tell you...-_-. Eventually we headed to the local theater to see Dodgeball (which was Top notch...especially the cameos). Through our travels we met this girl Glinda at the theater. I myself had never heard that name in public usage before and after a few well placed, (but obviously corny) Wizard of Oz jokes, courtesy of Riley, we were on our way. We then went to Fridays and got some of those Buffalo wings we've all developed such a love for. The Waitress was giving us that shift eye because we were all soaked and Terry asked if she would take his hat which was dripping wet and she did quite remorsefully. She looked very much like a Barbara and we figure she's got a dog named Winston or Billium somewhere in a house with a door that's probably red. Eventually Barbara gave Terry back his hat and we all went to our respective houses, well except Terry who came back home with me..that crazy boy. We ended up watching Young Frankenstien. Ah that Gene Wilder never fails to amuse me. He eventually left, leaving me to my own devices.

A hot shower was in order I daresay. So after that and some dinner (Something with potatoes)I started painting my dresser and watched that movie Crybaby with Johnny Depp. It's kinda like a musical type thing with the ubiquitous greasers vs squares type theme. Depp sings which intrigued me...The movie was ok and surprisingly Ricky Lake was in it.

You're like a Furry Buddah [Jul. 7th, 2004|01:56 am]

[music |Bright Eyes - Calander Hung Itself]

Man it's late.. But i Felt like gettin' this thing up before i went to bed.

Yesterday, Terry and I spent the day together mostly just walking around. We were going to go by the creek cuz he's never been...but it was kinda cold for summer today and Terry had a headache so we decided against it. He eventually went home to sleep and I called up Janet to see if we were going to hang out. Grrr Janet apparently had to pack for her trip to Florida, I forgot they were going..Janettttt Take me With youuuuu...:(.

Later the three of us went to the Hipp Cafe that just opened outside of town. The place is nice with good coffee (very important) and sandwiches but most importantly they have entertainment. Yes although at times it varies from plays to music or so i hear, tonight we actually had a local band...they were...ok...but it was kinda cool to have music while we hung out. Maybe we'll come back again when they're doing a play.

Today I was frantically calling people to see if they wanted to do something...my family wanted to go to that Harriet Tubman Museum with my sister. Museum = Bordem = Forced Suffocation = Not good. That place is full of tourists anyway. So in the end I got out of it saying that i was going to wish Janet off (even though she wasn't to leave for another 3 hours). We went down to the game room and played some air hockey and foosball which happens to be the best sport in the world...second only to rugby. Then we went down to the corner store to get her stuff to eat on the plane and like a magazine. We picked up a candy bar or two...umm...or four..who's counting? Anyway she set off around 3. I hope she enjoys her trip. Meanwhile the parents and my sister got back from the museum and paid no heed when i went out to Amber's to watch some movies...I tell ya Edward Scissorhands never gets old. Eh I just topped off the night with some of the adult swim line up per usual..Nothing out of the ordinary.
